After-Sales Replacement Policy
For after-sales replacements, we always prioritize shipping from our local warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery. If the required part or accessory is not available locally, the replacement will be shipped directly from our factory in China.
Please note that tracking information becomes available only after the package arrives in the destination country and clears customs. The overall delivery timeframe for factory-shipped replacements is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on logistics and seasonal volume.
