Return Policy

Not 100% satisfied with your item? Returns and exchanges are available for 30 days from the date of delivery. Please prioritize your request by contacting our customer support or DM us on social media. Monday through Friday 9am-5pm and we will be happy to assist you!

 

Installation and Tutorials

We have assembly videos, user manuals, and assembly instructions on our website and social media, but if you have any problems assembling your product, our product specialists are here to help. They will help troubleshoot the problem and get your child started playing as soon as possible.

 

Damage and Problems

We work hard to ensure that our products arrive to you on time and in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please take photos and video and contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (e.g., special order or personalized items), promotional items or gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.


In order to ensure that each customer receives a brand new product, we do not support direct returns of items at this time. If you have a problem, contact us as a matter of priority. We will assist you to get the best solution.
